1. Agreement to These Terms
By enrolling your child at, using the services of, or accessing the website of Caterpillar Kidz Dandenong Pty Ltd (ABN 95 701 288 904) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. About Us

3. Enrolment and Place Availability
- Submission of an enrolment enquiry does not guarantee a childcare place. Places are offered subject to availability.
- Confirmed enrolments are subject to completion of all required documentation, including immunisation records in accordance with Victorian "No Jab, No Play" requirements.
- We may decline an enrolment at our discretion where we are unable to meet the needs of the child, subject always to our obligations under Australian law.
4. Fees, Payments and Child Care Subsidy
- Fee schedules are provided prior to enrolment and may be updated with reasonable notice.
- Fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms set out in your enrolment agreement.
- Families may be eligible for the Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS). We will assist with CCS processes where possible; however, eligibility and determinations are made by Services Australia.
- Late payment and non-attendance fees may apply as set out in the enrolment agreement.
5. Attendance, Sign-In and Authorised Persons
- Children must be signed in and out each day by an authorised parent, guardian or nominated person.
- Only persons nominated in writing by a parent or guardian may collect a child. Photo identification may be requested.
- Parents and guardians must notify us promptly of changes to authorised collection persons or emergency contacts.
6. Health, Illness and Medication
- Children who are unwell must not attend the service. We may require collection of a child who becomes unwell during care.
- Medication will only be administered with written parental authorisation and in accordance with our medication policy.
- Exclusion periods for infectious illnesses apply in line with National Health and Medical Research Council guidelines.
7. Family Responsibilities
Parents and guardians agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their child's health, allergies, medical conditions and emergency contacts, and to comply with our policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
